General
You can order a photo-set of any QR Moto Ride Day at Queensland Raceway. After ordering you will be offered the opportunity to purchase a set containing at least 12 and a maximum of 20 photographs. You will be informed how many photos are in the set and the cost prior to purchase. On a typical track day we aim to shoot at least the first five sessions from five different locations around the track. We attempt to get enough photographs of every rider in every group on the day. The photos are high resolution and will easily print to at leat A3 size. All images purchased from ColleGeorgePix are subject to the licence conditions detailed HERE.
Cost
$60 (Full Ride Day - 5 sessions). Add $20 for photographs on a USB thumb drive (32G) delivered by Australia Post.
Number of Photos
For a full ride day each set contains a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 20 high resolution images. We always aim for the maximum but there are circumstances that may prevent this from happening. These include:
1. The rider did not take to the track for the full time for each of the five sessions or missed sessions altogether.
2. The weather or track conditions prevent the running of all sessions.
3. The rider may be mixed in with a larger group of riders making it difficult to get shots of all riders in the group.
4. The rider is in close proximity to a rider who has pre-paid for a photo-set. These will always get shot preference.
If the set falls short of the minimum requirement you will be advised and offered a smaller set at a reduced price.
Samples
After ordering a set you will be e-mailed ONE ONLY SAMPLE (watermarked) to confirm the correct bike/rider. We do not provide samples in any form of all the images in a set. This is to keep costs down. Random samples of previous ride days can be seen on other pages on this site and on our Facebook page to give an indication of the quality of our product.
Payment
After placing an order you will (in time) receive an email with a watermarked sample and instructions on how to make payment. The three payment options are:
1. Bank Transfer.
2. Paypal.
3. PayID.
Delivery
If you select the digital download option you will receive an email after payment that contains a link. Clicking on the link will show a DOWNLOAD button. Clicking on that will download your images from my Dropbox account. You do not need to have a Dropbox account yourself. The size of the images in the download precludes the use of mobile devices for the download task.
If you ordered the USB option, your hi-res images will be loaded onto a 32Gb USB thumb drive and posted to the address supplied via Australia Post.
If you pre-ordered and paid for your photo-set with the Queensland Raceway website you should receive an email with download instructions within 48-72 hours of the event. If you haven't received the email after that time, check your junk/spam email folders before contacting us.
My Rules
1. The photographer is not responsible for your riding style.
2. Do not ask us if we got a photo of you with your "knee down" or similar. We do not have the time to look through 10,000 photos (typical number for a ride day) to see if that happened.
3. The photographer will not tell you how to ride and you won't tell the photographer how to take photos.
4. We are happy to provide a special photo (eg 2 riders together in one shot) but please let the photographer know before you head out on track.
5. If you order a photo-set but then fail to pay, fail to respond to emails requesting payment or reminder emails from us, any further orders placed by you will not be processed without full payment up front.
